International Summer School of Graduate School Life Science Munich
The Graduate School Life Science Munich (LSM) is inviting outstanding bachelor or master students with a strong background in natural sciences to join the program for six weeks of compelling and demanding research. All participants will collaborate with other international students to work on fascinating and demanding topics in Biology, Biochemistry or Chemistry. They will operate state of the art scientific equipment to sharpen their scientific and technical skills. Beyond that the students will get the opportunity to develop their presentation and scientific writing abilities. Last but not least they will get to know Munich and its environment.Academic Host

Selected Bachelor (at least 5th or 6th semester) or master students from relevant fields; all countries (except Germany)
Aim of the Course
The goal of the LSM Summer School program is primarily scientific education to expand their academic horizons. Students will sharpen their scientific skills while working with state-of-the-art scientific equipment and develop their presentation and scientific writing abilities, but also experience German culture, thus enhancing the interest of the participants in a scientific career in Germany.

Costs
Travel expenses will be reimbursed. Applicants can apply for reimbursement of accommodation costs. There are no fees for participation in the scientific courses at the university.

The program is financed by the DAAD and the Graduate School Life Science Munich. Scholarships are available.
